Abstract

A world model for electronic secretaries is proposed to manage office procedures. Networks in a world hierarchy are used to store all past cases in. addition to current activities and future plans. The model allows the user to modify the schema of the network whenever the o&e procedure changes. Moreover, the model can learn the schema also from actual cases.
