  • The impact of mobility on EC mechanisms 
  • Economic analysis of intranets and extranets
  • Globalization and policy issues in TEC 
  • Internet traffic management and analysis 
  • Design and analysis of intranets and extranets
  • Pricing Internet services 
  • Web Data management
  • TEC market mechanisms and business models 
  • Managing Web-based information services 
  • Authors should submit an extended abstract of at least 2000 words, or a complete paper, by May 15, 1999. Proposals for panels are also invited. Three hard-copies should be submitted, to an appropriate Regional Coordinator. Electronic submissions are welcome, but must be augmented with at least one hard-copy. Authors of accepted papers will be asked to submit their complete manuscripts to the Conference Manager, Ms. Dru Lundeng, by August 31, 1999 for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
